1 - Firstly decide on what precious items you'd like turned in to a keepsake. This can be a difficult decision I know. I promise you I look after all the items I'm given and feel honoured to be trusted with them. I always recommend using a lighter colour for the head so you can see the eye's & nose. If you don't have anything suitable then I can supply fabric at no extra cost.

2 - Get in touch, if your local we can arrange a consultation to look at your garments and come up with a plan. If your further afield you can send me the items. Your welcome to message me some photos of the garments before sending so I can give a good idea of what would work best. Please remember to include your name, phone number, address, how you contacted me and any special requests in with your items. I always recommend sending parcels through a tracked service. As soon as I receive your items, I'll message you straight away to let you know they are safe and to finalise a design.

3 - I don't book slots, as soon as I receive your items you'll be on the waiting list. Please be aware the lead time can vary so always ask what my waiting times are, especially if its for a certain date.

4 - No upfront payment or deposit required. Once you keepsakes are made, you can either pay cash on collection or bank transfer. I'm unable to take card payments at the moment I'm afraid.

5 - Now it's time for me to create you keepsake. As soon as your order is finished, I'll send you some photo's and we can arrange payment, collection or I'll send them out via Royal Mail Tracked.
